摘要
改革开放以来 ,国人的居住条件 ,不但有了数的提高 ,而且也发生了质的变化。与之具来的是住宅与公共用地、构筑物与绿地、安居与安全、小区与占地等的矛盾。从长远的观点看 ,这诸多矛盾必须予以很好地解决 ,否则即后患无穷。作为城市建设的规划者、建设者和住宅开发者 ,都应以“百年大计”为总的指导思想 ,妥善处理上述矛盾 ,既着眼现在 ,也预想未来。城市规划 ,尤应首先开发周边不宜于农耕的荒山瘠土 。
Since the policy of reformation and opening was pur sued, the citizens' living conditions have been improved not only in quantity but also in quality. Corresponding contradictions between residence and public land, buildings and gr eens, living in peace and security, housing estate and building land are also br ought out. In the long term, these contradictions must be properly handled, or t here will be the deuce to pay. As the planner, constructor and residential devel oper of urban construction, we should take 'a long?range program' as our genera l guiding theory to handle the above contradictions, considering both presence a nd the future. For city planning, the barren hill should be developed first inst ead of rich farmland.
