摘要
开发治理荒山是改变生态环境、发展山区经济的重要途径。过去荒山治理主要依靠各级政府和科技人员无偿投入和技术。由于我国山区面广且资金有限 ,这种方式已不能适应新的形势。在河北省采用股份制 ,集资金、技术、劳动力为一体开发治理荒山 ,发展山区经济是种新的方法和模式。
Developing barren mountainous areas is an important way of changing ecological enviroment in underdevelopment areas.In the past,developing barren mountainous which depended on the defferent levels government and scientific researchers have inputted money and technologies without paying back.This way does not fit to the new situation at present in China due to great large mountainous areas and no enough funds for developing.The share system is a new way and model that integrated with funds ,technipues and laborers for developing barren mountainous in Hebei province.
