摘要
培养和造就高素质的创新性人才的主导因素是教师 ,建设一支高素质的教师队伍是重中之重。在 2 1世纪 ,高素质的教师应具备灵活机智的适应能力、新世纪的教育观、独特的教育能力、广博精深的科学文化知识、初步的科研能力。借鉴国内外提高教师素质的成功经验 ,建设一支高素质的教师队伍 ,必须坚持治本和治标同时进行。
Tecahers are the factor for cultivating high-quality creative talents, so , the construction of high-quality teaching is very important. In the 21st century, high-quality teachers should have the flexible adaptability, the fresh educational concept for the new century, the peculiar eductional capability, the extensive and profound scientific knowledge and the preliminary ability for scientific research.
