摘要
讨论了指数分布场合竞争失效产品在恒定应力加速寿命试验和步进应力加速寿命试验情形加速方程中有关参数的加权最小二乘估计 。
This paper obtains the weighted least squares estimators for the exponential distrbution with the competing causes of under the constant stress and step stress accelerated life test. Some simulation comparison results are given.
