摘要
主要介绍近 2 0年来在人力资源管理心理学研究方面的探索和进展 .研究包括员工心智技能模拟培训、再培训管理模式、职业指导和心理测试系统、飞行员、航天员选拔的心理会谈评价标准与方法、高层管理者胜任特征模型评价、国有企业的结构调整、管理者裁员决策特征、员工工作生活质量及科研创新管理等组织变革研究 .基于经济全球化和信息化的要求 ,建议系统开展基于我国文化。
The article is mainly to introduce the author's researches in human resources management for the past 20 years. They include the theories and methods in intelligent simulation training,re training model,vocational guidance, psychological selection of pilots and spaceman; Selection of senior managers based on competence model; organizational change of state enterprises and academic institutions, characteristics of decision styles of managers in downsizing of State Enterprises. In accordance with the needs analysis of economic globalization on psychological researches in human resource management, based psychological behavior in the social and economic transition, the author proposed targeted suggestions for the development of managerial psychology in future.
