摘要
分析我国图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,阐述知识管理的核心思想与内容,论述以知识管理来指导图书馆人力资源管理的具体措施。
This paper analyzed the current status and problems of library human resources management in China, then expounded the content and the core thought of knowledge management, and deeply diseussed how to apply the thought of knowledge management in managing library human resources in China.
