摘要
本文着重介绍了这次推普调查的原因、方法、结果 ,同时对重庆市三家有典型意义的百货公司语言服务的状况作了调查研究 。
In this Paper,we introduce the causes,methods and results of our investigation.Atter studying the state of language service in three typical department stores in Chongqing City,we give advice how to improve the level of language service in service trade in Chongqing city.
