摘要
目的 探讨Fas系统在肝细胞癌免疫逃逸及免疫反击中的作用。方法 采用间接免疫荧光流式细胞术检测 2 0例肝细胞癌病人的肿瘤细胞和癌周肝细胞Fas抗原及其配体的表达水平。结果 肿瘤细胞Fas及其配体的表达水平分别为 31.72± 12 .74和 7.14± 6 .6 8,癌周细胞分别为 2 3.85± 8.36和 4.13± 3.82 ,肿瘤细胞与癌周细胞相比Fas与Fas配体的表达水平均显著上调 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 下调Fas表达的免疫逃逸机制在肝细胞癌不起主要作用 ,通过Fas系统介导免疫活性细胞凋亡的“Fas反击”机制可能在肝细胞癌具有重要作用。
Objective To probe the potential role of Fas system in immune escape and counterattack involved in HCC.Methods The expression levels of Fas and Fas L(ligand) on tumor cells and noncancerous liver cells surrounding tumor tissue were detected by means of indirect fluorescent immunoassay flow cytometry.Results The expression levels of Fas and Fas L on tumor cells were 31.72±12.74 and 7.14±6.68,respectively;on noncancerous liver cells,23.85±8.36 and 4.13±3.82,respectively.Conclusions The expression levels of both Fas and Fas L on tumor cells were up regulated as compared with that on noncancerous liver cells from same patients,which indicated that the mechanism of down regulating of Fas by which tumor cells made immune escape was less important,whereas the “Fas counterattack” mechanism against antitumor immune effect cells had an important role in HCC.
