摘要
本文对五条日本七鳃鳗腮囊的形态结构进行了比较详细的观察。其结果表明:日本七鳃鳗的腮囊有七对,囊壁向内折叠形成腮叶及次级腮叶。在显微镜下观察,腮叶及次级腮叶是上皮组织、结缔组织和毛细血管构成的。其中主要细胞有单层扁平细胞、支持细胞和氯化物细胞三种。
The forms and structures of gill pouch in five Lampetra japonicas were observed in detail.The results indicate that there are seven pairs of gill pouches in Lampetra japonica (Martens).The wall of gill pouch folding inward forms gill-lobes and secondary gill lobe. The gill lobes and secondary gill lobes consist of epithelial tissue. connective tissue and the blood capillary.The cells of them consist of the simply squamous cells, supporting cells and chlonide cells
