摘要
耳河螺［Ｒｉｖｕｌａｒｉａ ａｕｒｉｃｕｌａｔａ（Ｍａｒｔｅｎｓ）］为雌雄异体。雄性生殖器官由精巢、输精小管、贮精襄、输精管、前列腺和阴茎组成。精巢内有精子，精子有典型精子和非典型精子两种。扫描电镜下，典型精子头部呈螺旋状，尾端只有一根较粗壮的鞭毛；非典型精子头部和中部为棒状，尾部是扫帚状，由８～１５根鞭毛组成。透射电镜下，典型精子和非典型精子均具有“９＋２”微管结构。雌性生殖器官包括卵巢、输卵管、蛋白腺、导精沟、子宫和阴道。卵巢为分支管状结构，子宫内有子宫纵褶。
Rivularia auriculata is dioecious. Male genital organs consist of testis, vas deferens mi- nor, vesicular seminalis, vas deferens, prostate gland and penis. There are two types of spermatozoa in the tesits, viz. normal spermatozoa and abnormal spermatozca. The normal spermatozoon is 4 uniflagellated cell with screwy head. Its central structure is a '9+2'ax- oneme. There are many granular hollows in the surface of its middle-piece region and the number of flagella comprising its tail tuft varies from 8-15. Males are readily identified by the stout right tentacle which is modified as penis. Female genital organs consist of ovary, oviduct, afferent seminal groove, uterus, vagina and albumen gland. Ovary is a small tubular structure. There is an utero-longitudinal fold in the uterus.
