摘要
岔路黑猪是浙江省优良的地方猪种之一 ,在宁海县繁育已有 3 0 0余年历史 ,具有繁殖率高、适应性强、肉质细嫩鲜美等优良特性。经选育 ,岔路黑猪 系 、 1、 2 产仔数 (经产 )分别达到 1 5.1 8、1 5.1 9、1 5.2 3头 ;6 0日龄窝重分别达 1 50 .72、1 90 .6 0、1 83 .92 kg; 系 、 12 5～ 75kg段肥育猪日增重分别达 482、590 g,料肉比分别为 4.1 5、3 .79;75kg肥育猪瘦肉率为 46 .44%、53 .3 4 % 。
Chalu Black Pig is one of local fine breeds in Zhejiang province. It has been bred for over 300 years in Ninhai county, with good characteristics of higher reproductive rate, better adaptability and tender and delicous meat quality. By breeding in recent years, 15.18, 15.19 and 15.23 of the litter sise, 150.72 kg, 19.60 kg and 183.92 kg of the litter weight at 60 day, were reached in strainⅠ, strainⅡ and strainⅢ respectively; 482 g and 590 g of daily gain during 25~75 kg fattening peirod, 4.15 and 3.79 of the ratio of feed/meat, and, 46.44% and 53.34% of lean meat percentage were achieved in strainⅠ, strainⅡ and strainⅢ respectively. Therefor, the heterosis was apparent.\;
