摘要
应用PCR—RFLP技术研究了金华猪肌细胞生成素（MyoG）的基因型，并用SPSS13．0软件分析了各基因型与生长速度的相关性．结果表明：金华猪肌细胞生成素基因具有AA、AB、BB3种基因型，且不同基因型间的个体初生体质量、1～6月龄体质量差异不显著（P〉0．05）．
The myogenin gene of Jinhua pigs was genotyped by PCR-RFLP method and its genetic effect on growth performance was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. The results showed that there were three genotypes, namely AA, AB and BB, in Jinhua pigs, and no difference was found for genotypes AA, AB and BB at the birth mass, body mass at 1-month, 2-month, 3-month, 4-month, 5-month, 6-month and daily gain （P 〉0. 05）.
