摘要
本研究选用枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、酵母菌和光合细菌等为主要菌种。各菌种经培养扩大后分别接种到以麦麸为原料的发酵培养基中 ,进行好氧或厌氧发酵 ,配制成三种菌剂 EM 、EM 、EM ,这些菌剂的特点为固态、耐热。
Seven types of bacteria i.e. B. subtilis, B. cereus, S. thermophilus, L.bulgaricus, L.casei, Yeast and PSB. were selected in this study. Each kind of bacterial was cultured to enlarge and then inoculated to the mediums constituted primarily of wheat bran to ferment in aerobic or anaerobic conditions. Three EMs (EMⅠ, EMⅡ and EMⅢ) were formed by mixing single bacterium agent at certain proportions.
