摘要
以 4 D染色体携带 Rht10而极度矮化的小麦显性矮秆系“矮变 1号”与中、高秆的现代小麦改良品种杂交 ,选育出了一批植株较矮变 1号显著提升、以至达到小麦育种理想株高的半显性衍生矮秆系 ,已将其应用于杂交小麦及小麦常规育种。对半显性衍生矮秆系与起始矮秆系矮变 1号矮秆主基因之间的同一性进行了研究。以此提出了小麦显性矮秆基因“微突变”的概念 ,对小麦显性矮秆基因的起源、进化及其在小麦矮化育种中的应用 。
Ai Bian 1”, a dominant dwarfing line which is very short in stature owing to the dwarfing gene Rht10 located on chromosome 4D, was crossed with modern improved varieties of wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) with tall or medium stature. Some derived semi dominant dwarfing lines which had a plant height significantly higher than Ai Bian 1 and close to the ideal height were obtained. They have been used in hybrid wheat and conventional wheat breeding. The investigation showed that the dwarfing major gene of the derived semi dominant dwarfing lines might result from micro mutation of the Rht10 gene. A discussion is made of the origin, evolution and application of the dominant drawfing genes in wheat.
