摘要
研究了光照、温度、湿度、保湿时间及不同杀菌剂和不同用药时间对黄瓜菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerrotium )发病的影响。结果表明,最适发病的温度是24℃，相对湿度为93%以上，保湿时间40h以上，黑暗条件下易发病。供试药剂中，速克灵、速保利以及多菌灵防病效果较好。
：The cucumber sclerotium disease leaf rot severity were influenced in terms of lights, temperature, humidity and moisture holding times, and the control effect to this disease depended on the kinds of fungicide and treatment time. The results showed that the optimum temperature was 24℃,optimum relative humidity was over 93% for the disease occurring .The moisture holding above 40 hours and dark culture condition benefited the pathogen (Sckerotinia sclerotium) infected .Among the test fungicides, Procymidone, Diniconazole and Carbendazim were the most effective.
