塑料大棚黄瓜菌核病影响因子初探 被引量:1

Primary Studies on Factors Affecting Sclerotinia Disease of Cucumber in Vinyl-film Greenhouse

摘要 呼和浩特市郊区5月份黄瓜大棚内,南北两侧的土温不一,出盘前10d是否存在18~20℃适宜产果萌发的±温,对菌核病菌(Selerotinia sclerotiorum)出盘的早晚和数量有重要影响。棚内北半侧土温较低,是子囊盘出土比南半侧早、出盘持续期长,数量多和发病重的重要原因。由于充足的灌溉,棚内土壤含水量不是影响出盘时期和数量的限制因子。当年病害的严重程度,主要决定于5月下旬至6月中旬出盘期间,是否存在对孢子萌发侵入有利的20~25℃气温,和大于80%左右的相对湿度。 There were obvious differences in soil temperature between south halfside and north half-side in greenhouses in Hohehaote suburb in May. A soil temperature of 18-20℃ in ten days before the initial emergence of apothecia was an important prerequisite factor determining carpogenic germination. It had an important influence on the date of apothecia emergence and the number of apothecia emerged. As an important reason, lower soil temperature in north half-side of greenhouses causes apothecia emerged earlier, the duration of apothe(?)ia emerging longer, the disease index and the incidence greater than in south half-side. Soil moisture content was not a factor affec ting the date of apothecia emergence and the number of apothecia emerged because of the sufficient moisture in greenhouses. The disease severety depended mainly on air temperature ranged of 20~25℃ and relative humidity above 80% for ascospores germination and infection favorable in greenhouses at the last ten days of May to the second ten days of June in the period of apothecia emergence in a year.
