摘要
采用冷榨方法 ,控制加工过程中的温度 ,在高度真空环境下生产的α -亚麻酸油中α -亚麻酸的含量达 53.6 % ,比传统榨制的亚麻油中α -亚麻酸含量提高了 38.86 % 。
Through processing temperature controlling, the oil with high pure α-linolenic acid was produced by cold extracting method under high vacuum condition. The α-linolenic acid content in the oil is 53.6%,which is 38.86% higher than that in common flax oil extracted by traditional method. The physical and chemical index of the oil is up to or over the state standard of salad oil.
