摘要
本文介绍了我国台湾渔会的发展、有关渔会的法规、台湾渔会的组织体系及其职能，并就我国大陆发展各种形式的渔民组织或行业协会提出了几点建议。
This paper introduced development, some laws, organization system and function of the fishery association in Taiwan,China;and puts forward some suggestion on how to found the fishermen organization or fishery association in the Continent, China．
