摘要
本文采用空心阴极离子镀设备(HCD),成功地在 Cr12MoV 模具钢上进行了 TiC 的镀膜实验。经电子探针(EPMA)、透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜(SFM)分析,结果表明,涂层的显微组织为柱状纤维结构。在[C]/[Ti]为211时,Ti_xC_(1-x)涂层硬度达峰值,为 HM2967±300。同时对涂层的硬度。
In this paper,we introduce the composition and mechanical properties of TiC film on Cr12MoV steel coated by using HCD ion plating equipment.The results of investigation and analysis carried out by EPMA,TEM and SEM show that microstructures of film are column fiber-like structures.When the ratio of C/Ti is 2,the hardness of the film achieves maximum,i.e.HM 2967±300.The relations between the hardness or wear resistance and the composition also have been investigated.
