摘要
研究了在各种沉积条件下,采用HCD法制备的TiN镀层高速钢刀具的抗弯性能和切削性能,对其综合性能进行了评估。
The bending strength and turning performance of high speed steel coated with TiN were studied. These coatings on HSS were prepared by HCD ion plating under various process conditions. And comprehensive properties of HSS coated with TiN are appraised.
