摘要
介绍微通道板（ＭＣＰ）防离子反馈膜在Ⅲ代微光像增强器中的作用，指出微通道板防离子反馈膜的制备工艺对微通道板电性能的影响，提出清洗带膜微通道板的工艺方案。
This paper introduces the function of ion barrier film at the input of MCP in the third generation image intensifier.The effect of film forming technology on the MCP’s electric characteristics is described.A cleaning scheme of filmed MCP is suggested,and some electric performance parameters of filmed MCP before and after cleaning are measured.
