摘要
激光质谱法是探测环境污染的新方法 ,它具有高灵敏度、高选择性、多组分和快速实时的特点。文中介绍了可移动激光质谱仪的系统结构、各部分功能以及主要技术指标 ,报道了该仪器研制设计过程中的某些关键技术问题 。
Laser mass spectrometry is a new method for detection of environmental pollution. The features of this new method is to achieve high sensitivity, high selectivity, multicomponent, high speed and real time. The present paper gives an introduction to the systematic structure, function of every parts and key specification of the mobile laser spectometer and reports some key technological problems in the process of development and design this instrument. Detection result obtained from a real time on line monitoring of vehicle exhaust gas by the instrument are presented.
