摘要
目的 :探讨关节内大剂量灌注冲洗对假体感染中最重要的致病因子—细胞外多粘质物质的影响。方法 :利用SD大鼠制造假体感染的动物模型 ,并行关节内大剂量灌注冲洗 ,切取不同时段的生物膜行奥辛兰—PAS染色。结果 :关节内大剂量灌注冲洗前后的生物膜之间最明显的差别是冲洗后的生物膜中无奥辛兰染色阳性的细胞外多粘质物质 (ExtracellularSlimeSubstance ,ESS) ,而冲洗后 1h的生物膜已经开始出现ESS ,ESS的量随冲洗后间隔时间的延长而逐渐增多。结论
Objective: To study the effect irrigation to a great extent on ESS(Extracellular Slime Substance) which was the most important factor in prosthesis related infection. Methods:Making the prosthesis related infectious animal model with SD rats, Alcinblue PAS dyeing was done for histocyte section of biofilm of different time after irrigation to a great extent in the joint. Results: The difference between these section and those section without irrigation was that there was not ESS in the biofilm after irrigation.Moreover,alcine blue PAS dying to biofilm of different time also indicated that ESS had appeared in the biofilm of 1 hour after irrigation. Conclusion:Irrigation to a great extent was necessary for reducing ESS's effect.
