人工关节的感染的诊断和治疗进展

摘要 人工关节置换是最为有效和成熟的手术之一,它用来缓解关节疼痛和改善关节功能得到广泛采用,然而关节假体的感染是一个具有挑战性并发症,给患者造成生理,心理的伤害和浪费大量医疗资源。诊断和处理关节假体感染的标准尚有争议,因为各种各样的临床表现和缺少随机化的双盲研究数据。不同条件下选择的治疗方案不同(早期清创,一期翻修,二期翻修,或者长期的抗菌治疗),治疗原则建立在感染的类型(急性,迟发性,慢性),及假体及局部软组织的状况,及患者的一般情况。本文综述目前人工关节置换术后感染的诊断及治疗进展。
