摘要
为了使双液压缸在变负载下能实现高精度的位移同步,本文提出了单出杆串联液压缸和比例方向阀组合的同步控制方案.该方案能使运动过程的位移误差得到及时修正,且经济性好.经计算机数字仿真,验证了该方案的可行性.
In order to realize the accurate synchronization of two cylinders under variable load, the authors proposes the synchronous control scheme combining single-rod series cylinders with proportional direction valve. The schem will have the displacement error corrected during the movement. The digital simulation verifies its feasibility.
