摘要
对步进式加热炉提升框架的同步控制现状进行了分析,指出主/从式液压同步控制方法对响应速度慢、流量大的系统不适用,并结合现场实际情况,提出了一种新的液压同步控制方法,实施后大大提高了提升框架的同步控制精度,增加了系统的稳定性。
Synchro control problems of lifting frame for walking beam reheating furnace were analysed, the paper has pointed out that primary-secondary hydraulic synchro control method is not applicable to hydraulic system of low-response and high flow-rate, combined with actual situation, a new hydraulic synchro control method has been proposed to improve synchro control precision of lifting frame, while increasing stability of system.
