摘要
目的 探讨CD15和CD 3 0在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤 (cHL )H /RS细胞的表达及区别。方法 采用SABC法对 3 2例cHL中CD 15和CD3 0蛋白的表达进行检测。结果 CD15阳性 2 5例 ,阳性率为 78.1% ;CD 3 0阳性 3 0例 ,阳性率为 93 .8%。各型之间阳性表达没有显著性差异 ,2种蛋白表达之间也无显著性差异。结论 CD 15和CD3 0均可作为cHL的诊断性免疫标记。
Objective To explore the difference in the protein expressions of CD15 and CD30 in classical Hodgkin′s Lymphoma(cHL).Methods The protein expressions of CD15 and CD30 in 32 cases of cHL were detected by SABC.Results Of them,25/32(78.1%) cases were CD15 positive,30/32(93.8%) cases were CD30 positive.There were no significant differences among all types of cHL,as well as between the two kinds of protein.Conclusion CD15 and CD30 both can be used as diagnostic markers.
