摘要
应用免疫组化技术,用CD 30和CD 15单克隆抗体对33例何杰金淋巴瘤(HD)进行标记检测,结果显示,33例HD中CD 30阳性率为78.8％,CD 15阳性率为81.8％,两者之间以及HD各亚型之间阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05),其阳性表达部位均位于R-S细胞浆内。但CD 30除了HD外,还在大细胞间变性淋巴瘤中的大细胞及R-S样细胞等表达。结果提示,用免疫组织化学对HD的诊断、鉴别诊断以及判断肿瘤的组织学来源有一定价值,CD 15的特异性强于CD 30,而CD 30和CD 15的对阳性表达对诊断HD的临床意义更大。
Thirey-three cases of Hodgkin's disease (HD)were studied to observe the expression ofthe monoclonal antibodies CD30 and CD15 with immunohistochemical method .The positive expressionsfor CD 30 and CD15 were 78. 8% and 81. 8% respectively .The difference between the CD30 and CD15positive rate was not significant (P>0.05) .CD30 and CD15 positive stains were observed in Reed-Sternberg cells. Besides HD, CD30 positive stain was also observed in large cell and Reed-Sternberglikecell of large cell anaplastic lymphoma.These results indicate that using immunohistochemical method isvaluable for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of HD .CD15 positive expression was more specific thanCD30 in HD, and co-expression of CD30 and CD15 has more clinical significant for diagnosis of HD.
