摘要
介绍了一种基于 80C31处理器的智能电子天平系统的工作原理 ,包括系统的硬件原理及软件流程框图 ,并较系统地进行了误差分析。本系统应用了电磁力反馈平衡零位法原理 ,采用单片微处理器进行实时控制和数据处理 ,实现了天平的电子化、数字化、智能化。
The paper introduces the priciple of an intelligent electronic balance system with processor 80C31 along with priciple figures of hardware and software flowchart and gives systematic analysis of errors.The system has made the balance digital and intelligent by applying the zero method combined with electromagnetic forth feedback balance and using single chip processor to conduct real-time control and data processing.
