摘要
针对应变天平系统在风洞实验中测量非定常载荷时存在明显不确定度的现象,采用有限元软件ANSYS对天平系统进行动力学分析。分析结果表明,天平系统在动态测试实验中,天平系统在动态测试实验中,系统自身刚度对测试结果存在影响。当支撑座材料刚度足够大时,载荷满足解耦条件,即可用Y方向载荷作用代替X,Y方向载荷共同作用。且无论支撑座刚度大小如何,X和Y方向的载荷对测试点应变的作用相互不干涉。为设计天平系统时材料的选择与动态实验中应变天平系统载荷的加载提供一定的参考。
There is an uncertainty phenomenon when strain balance measures in the wind tunnel experiments.So do transient analysis to balance system in ANSYS.The result shows that the stiffness of balance system has influence on the test result.When the stiffness of supporting pedestal is large enough,load satisfies the decoupling conditions.In other words,it is to say Y direction loadingcan instead of X and Y direction loading.And whatever the stiffness of supporting-pedestal,the impact of loading which are in the x-direction and y-direction on the test point is non-interference in each other.Those results provide a certain reference to choose material of strain balance system in designing it and loading of strain balance system in the wind tunnel experiments.
