摘要 本文对现行磨削残余应力产生机理的假说进行了归纳分析,在此基础上,对磨削过程和法向磨削力对磨削残余应力的影响进行了试验研究,详细探讨了磨削残余应力的产生机理,提出了磨削过程中的约束越多加工残余应力越大及砂轮材料扩散到工件表面层可以提高加工残余压应力的新观点,并对残余应力的平衡机理给出了新的解释. On the basis of analyzing inductively the existing hypothesis about the formingmechanism of residual stresses produced in grinding,an experimental research hasbeen made on the influence of the grinding process and the normal grinding force onthe grinding residual stresses.The forming mechanism of the residual stresses producedin grinding has been investigated in detail.In this paper,the new viewpoints are ad-vanced that the more the constraints to the deformation in the grinding process,thefewer the residual stresses,and that the wheel material can diffuse into the surface layerof a workpiece to increase the compressive residual stresses.And a new explanation isgiven for the equilibrium mechanism of the residual stresses in this paper.
