摘要
将功率法用于板坯连铸结晶器摩擦力在线检测 ,建立了监测系统 ,在现场进行试验研究。标定试验确定检测误差在± 2 0 %之内。检测结果表明 ,摩擦力信号对保护渣、拉速、在线调宽和温度系统报警均作出明显反应 ,显示出在选择保护渣、优化工艺参数、预报生产异常和与温度监测联合提高漏钢预报准确率方面的作用和应用潜力。摩擦力在线监测的实现 ,为摩擦力计算的建模和验证提供有力支持 。
Test of on line measurement of mould friction has been made by Power method on one slab caster. A measurement system has been built and its measurement error is not higher than ±20 %. The results have showed that the friction has obvious responses to variation in powders and casting speed,on line slab width changing and temperature warning. The following functions and potential application can be expected:powder selection, technology optimization, failure prediction and improvement of accuracy of breakout prediction by combination with appropriate temperature measurement. The measurement of mould friction could be the basis for friction model building up, and helpful for the study of lubrication and friction phenomenon between mould and strand.
