摘要
目前国内生产粒状铁合金的方法主要是模铸+人工破碎,国外有水粒化技术、球团机浇注技术和直接模铸成型技术,但由于技术经济的原因均无法推广应用。利用结晶器连续铸造制粒设备进行了多种铁合金试验,取得初步成功。对于强度低的高脆性锰硅合金,技术的关键在于采用低阻力自润滑结晶器和把铸坯出结晶器口的温度控制在750℃以下,并采用振幅0.8~1.2mm、频率80~100周/min的结晶器振动参数。
Main means of producing granular ferroalloys are moulding and manually crushing in P. R. China, and are granulating with water and casting with spheric agglomeration device and molding with mould in oversea countries, but these methods can not be spreaded due to the technological or economical reason. A number of tests were made on multi-ferroalloys applying continuous casting and making granule equipment with crystallizer in this investigation, and it has achieved preliminary success. The key technology for producing manganese silicon ferroalloy with low strength and high brittleness adopt low resistance self-lubricated crystallizer and control temperature of casting blank below 750 ℃ on outlet of crystallizer, and using these oscillating parameters of amplitude in the range of 0.8-1.2 mm and frequency in the range of 80-100 min^-1 on crystallizer.
