摘要
目的 研究中药菟丝子 Cuscuta chinensis L am.种子中的多糖成分。方法 采用 DEAE- cellulose离子交换与凝胶层析方法进行分离纯化 ,通过理化常数 ,化学和光谱分析研究其化学结构特征。结果 分别从稀碱提取物与沸水提取物中分得 2个多糖 ,即 H6与 H8,其中 H6的相对分子量为 3.14× 10 5u,而 H8的相对分子量大于 1.0×10 6 u,两者均为结构复杂的中性杂多糖 ,都是由阿拉伯糖 ,鼠李糖 ,木糖和半乳糖组成。
