摘要
目的：观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（ｒｂＦＧＦ）治疗Ⅱ度急性放射性皮炎的疗效。方法：４１例放射治疗中发生Ⅱ度急性放射性皮炎的癌症病人，分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组２３例用（ｒｂＦＧＦ）治疗，对照组１８例用常规方法治疗，分别观察两组病人创面愈合时间及毒副反应，分别计算两组资料平均愈合时间及其标准差。应用ｔ检验进行显著性分析。结果：治疗组创面愈合时间４～１４天，平均８．５２±３．２０天，对照组愈合时间７～４０天，平均２１．６１±８．６５天，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：ｒｂＦＧＦ治疗Ⅱ度急性放射性皮炎，较常规治疗缩短愈合时间１０天以上，且无任何毒副作用。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of recom binant basic fibroblast growth factor (rbFGF) in treatment of Ⅱ° acute radiode rmatitis.Methods： 41 patients with Ⅱ° acute radiodermatitis d uring radiotherapy were divided into two groups：23 patients received rbFGF treat ment and 18 patients received conventional treament.Healing time of wounds and toxicity were assessed.All data were shown in ±s,and analyzed with T test.Results：Healing time of wounds were 4～14 days(8.52±3.20)for t he teeatment group,and 7～40 days(21.61±8.65)for the control.There was a statistically significant difference in healing time between the two groups(P＜0.001).Conclusion：rbFGF shortened healing time of wounds o ver 10 days in the treatment of Ⅱ° acute radiodermatitis and had no toxicity.
