摘要
目的研究对接受放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者,在开始放射治疗前进行有关照射野皮肤的保护及护理常识宣教,对预防和减轻放射性皮炎的作用。方法对126例接受放疗的头颈部肿瘤病人在放疗前进行照射野内皮肤保护及放射性皮炎的防治知识宣教;在放射治疗期间对患者的放射性皮炎进行密切的观察和治疗。结果经过放疗前健康教育,明显增加了患者对放疗相关健康常识和放射性皮炎防治知识的认知,降低了放射性皮炎的发生率和严重程度。结论对患者进行放疗前皮肤保护及放射性皮炎防治的健康教育有利于放疗顺利完成,能够降低放射性皮炎的发生率和严重程度。
Objective To study the effect of teaching head and neck malignant tumour patients before receiving radiotherapy the general knowledge of protecting and nursing the affected skin in order to prevent and alleviate radioactive dermatitis. Methods To teach 126 head and neck malignant tumour patients before receiving radiotherapy the general knowledge of protecting the affected skin and preventing radioactive dermatitis. During radiotherapy, the patient＇s radioactive dermatitis was closely observed and carefully treated. Results The patients who received health education before radiotherapy had a better understanding of radiotherapy and the prevention of radioactive dermatitis, and health education reduced the occurrence and severity of radioactive dermatitis. Conclusions Health education of patients before radiotherapy is effective to the completion of radiotherapy and reduces the occurrence and severity of radioactive dermatitis.
