摘要
大鼠腹主动脉部分狭窄 5周后 ,形成实验性心肌肥厚模型 ,心肌和左心室重量明显增加 ,运用逆转录多聚酶链反应方法结合图像分析技术检测到模型组大鼠心肌 P5 3 m RNA的表达减少。给槲皮素 75 mg/ kg和 15 0 mg/ kg后均能明显降低心肌和左心室重量 ,增加大鼠心肌 P5 3 m RNA的表达。提示槲皮素抗心肌肥厚作用与增加大鼠心肌 P5 3 m RNA的表达有关。
Cardiac hypertrophy model of rats was induced by coaraction of abdominal aorta for five weeks.The heart weight and left heart weight were significantly increased.By using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR)techonology and graph analysis system,we found that the expression of P 53 mRNA in hypertrophic myocardium was lowered compared with that of normal group.After treated with quercetin 75mg/kg and 150 mg/kg for five weeks,the heart weight and left heart weight were significantly decreased,P 35 mRNA expression was higher than that of model group.The results showed the effects of quercetin on preventing cardiac hypertrophy were related to its increasing P 53 mRNA expression.
