摘要
对砂仁挥发油中主要成分乙酸龙脑酯药理作用进行研究。结果表明 :乙酸龙脑酯有显著的抑制番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛和离体家兔小肠平滑肌运动的作用。
The pharmacological effects of bornyl acetate and the main gradient of Fructus Amomi's volatile oil were studied.The experiments involved diarrhea caused by Folium Sennae,pain by acetic acid,empty of rats'stomach and inside pressure of rabbits'small intestine.Results showed that bornyl acetate had obvious functions as relieving pain,checking up diarrhea and refraining movements of small intestine smooth muscle.
