摘要
目的 探讨支气管肺泡灌洗 (BAL)排出肺间质粉尘的可能性。方法 采用偏振光显微技术和图像分析系统 ,评价染尘大鼠肺组织滞留粉尘的相对量。结果 与非灌洗组比较 ,灌洗组大鼠肺间质内滞留粉尘量明显减少。结论 BAL能够部分地排出肺间质的沉积尘。
Objective To explore the possibility of removing the dust in pulmonary intersititum by bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).Methods The relative quality of dust deposited in pulmonary intersititum of silicotic rats was evaluated by using polarizing microscopy and image assay system. Results In comparison with non lavaged group, the dust deposited in pulmonary intersititum in lavaged group was reduced markedly.Conclusion BAL seemed to be able to remove the depositive dust in pulmonary intersititum partly.
