摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏 ,GC- MS联用技术 ,对箬竹叶挥发性成分进行提取、分离和鉴定 ,共分出了 4 7个色谱峰 ,鉴定了其中的 4 3种成分 ,占挥发性成分总量的 96.4 5% ,含量最高的为 4 -乙烯基苯酚 ,含量为 15.2 6% ,其次为 3-己烯酸 ,含量为 10 .0 6%。在 4 3种成分中醛类化合物共有 12种 ,其含量占挥发性成分总量的 2 7.4 9%。羧酸类化合物 8种 ,其含量占挥发性成分总量的 2 3.54%。
WT5BZ]By adopting distillation of Indocalamus leaves and GC MS analysis, the Volatile composition of Indocalamus leaves was extracted, separated and identified. Obtained are 47 chromatographic humps, among which 43 kinds of composition making up 96.45 percent of the total volatile composition are identified. 4 Ethenyl phenol is the composition with the highest content of 15.26 percent and 3 Hexenoic acid with the second highest content of 10.06 percent. Among 43 kinds of composition there are 12 aldehydes compounds and 8 carboxylic acid compounds, whose contents make up 27.49 and 23.54 percent of the total volatile composition separately. [WT5HZ]
