摘要
跳汰选煤在选煤中占有重要地位,提高跳汰机的产品分离精度,一直是个重要的研究方向。跳汰机动态分离排料装置采用能跟随床层上下脉动的随动溢流堰,并选择了合适的驱动装置和传动装置。经实验室测定得到较好的效果,具有先进性和实用性, 是改善现有跳汰机排料装置的有益尝试。
Jigging separation plays a very important part in coal preparation, it is very important to improve the precision of separation. Dynamic Material Discharge System in jigging machine with follow-up weir is designed and developed with auxiliary device. As indicated by the fairly satisfactory debugging results in laboratory tests, the system proves to be advanced and practicable. This is a big step forward for further automatic control in jigging machine.
