摘要
目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶 -2 (MMP -2 )及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)在腺样囊性癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法 对有 5年随访资料的腺样囊性癌病人的石蜡标本进行免疫组化染色检查MMP -2和TNFα的表达与肿瘤临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果 MMP -2表达与肿瘤复发密切相关 (P <0 .0 5) ,TNFα与各临床指标无关。结论 MMP -2与腺样囊性癌预后相关 ,可以作为腺样囊性癌预后的一个指标。
Objective To study the roles of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) as a prognostic factor in patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma.Methods Expression of MMP-2 and TNFα was examined by immunohistochemical technique and the results were correlated with clinicopathological tumor parameters.Results Expression of MMP-2 was significantly correlated with recurrence of tumor.No correlation was found between expression of TNFα and clinicopathological tumor parameters.Conclusion Expression of MMP-2 is significantly correlated with prognosis of tumor and it can be used as a prognostic factor of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
