摘要
目的 了解中学生吸烟行为的影响因素 ,寻求干预措施。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法 ,于1 997年对南昌市 1 0 1 6名高中学生进行了调查。运用非条件Logistic回归模型进行分析。 结果 性别、年级、学校的层次、每月零用钱、性格、父亲吸烟、吸烟有关知识和态度与吸烟行为有关。结论 有效控烟应采取减少吸烟的社会支持和经济上的可获得性 ,创造无烟环境 ,增加控烟的有关知识等综合干预措施。
Objective To understand the influencing fators of smoking behavior and effective intervention measures among middle school student in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1016 middle school student by stratified cluster sampling in Nanchang in 1977 ,The data collected were analyzed with Logistic regression model.Results Smoking behavior among middle school students was associated with sex,grade,rank of school,pocket money,character,paternal smoking ,and knowledge about and attitudes towards smokingConclusion Reducing socital support and economic availability,creating no-smoking environment,and advancing knowledge about smoking about smoking are effective in controling smoking among middle school students.
