摘要
目的了解上海浦东新区社区卫生服务中心医务人员对WHO《烟草控制框架公约》的了解、支持情况以及实施《烟草控制框架公约》的准备情况。方法采用问卷形式对上海浦东新区30个社区卫生服务中心1305名医务人员进行了整群抽样的横断面调查。结果58.1%的医务人员听说过WHO《烟草控制框架公约》,54.7%的医务人员听说过中国已于2005年批准实施该公约,88.3%的医务人员完全支持在我国实施《烟草控制框架公约》,但是79.9%的医务人员没有受到过关于戒烟的任何正规培训。结论上海浦东新区社区卫生服务中心88.3%的医务人员都支持在我国实施《烟草控制框架公约》,但对医务人员戒烟知识、戒烟技巧的正规培训有待加强。
OBJECTIVES To describe the current understanding, supporting and preparation status in medical workers of Community Health Service Center of the implement of Framework Convention on Tobacco Control（FCTC） in Pudong New District in Shanghai. METHODS A cross-sectional survey method was employed, and 1 305 medical workers from 30 Community Health Service Centers in Pudong New District were surveyed with questionnaire. RESULTS 58.1% of the medical workers have heard of FCTC and 54.7% have known that the government of China has approved the implement of FCTC in August in 2005. 88.3% of the medical workers supported the implement of FCTC completely. However, 79.9% of the medical workers had not been trained on smoking cession. CONCLUSIONS 88.3% of the whole medical workers supported the implement of FCTC in China, however, the training on smoking cession must be reinforced.
