摘要
目的 建立空气悬浮颗粒物中多环芳烃化合物的毛细管柱气相色谱 -质谱测定法。方法 空气样品经静电集尘法采集、连续提取法提取 ,再经浓缩、净化后 ,用毛细管柱气相色谱 -质谱法对样品中 35种多环芳烃化合物进行定量分析。结果 除苯并〔b〕荧蒽、苯并〔j〕荧蒽和苯并〔k〕荧蒽不能完全分离外 ,其余化合物分离良好。本法绝对检出限为 0 .0 0 0 1~ 0 .10 ng,加标回收率为 93.4%~ 10 1.9%。样品测定的相对标准偏差为 1.8%~17.7%。在所测样品中 ,除 9,10 -二苯基蒽和 9,10 -二甲基蒽未检出外 ,其余 33种多环芳烃化合物均已定量检出。
Objective To establish capillary column GC/MS method for the determination of 35 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in airborne suspended particulate. Methods The air samples collected by an electrostatic particle collector were Soxhlet extracted using 3∶1 benzene/ethanol, and then subjected to the procedures of concentration and clean up. Finally, the target PAHs were determined by the proposed method. Results All the target PAHs could be well separated except for benzo〔b〕 fluoranthene, benzo 〔j〕 fluoranthene and benzo 〔k〕 fluoranthene through temperature programming. The relative standard deviations of the method were 1 8% 17.7% and the recoveries ranged from 93.4% to 101.9%. The absolute detection limit ranged from 0.0001ng to 0.1ng. Conclusion The method is applicable to the determination of more than 30 PAHs in the airborne suspended particulate samples.
