摘要
以南海市黄岐区为例,认为大城市边缘小城镇迎合住宅郊区化,以房地产业为龙头带动城镇经济全面发展是一种有效的发展模式。同时,对其在发展过程中的城镇规划、工业和房地产业的博弈选择、产业结构的调整与就业、同周边区域竞争协调以及小城镇社区建设等问题进行了探讨。
This article considers that the town on the fringe of metropolis has many development patterns because of its advantageous location. Facing the opportunity of residence suburbanization , the realty of town can advance the town's economy, for example,“ Huangqi patten” . At the same time, this article debates some questions in the course of the town development on the fringe of metropolis.
