载人航天器密封舱压控规律解析解及其实验验证 被引量:10

摘要 目的导出载人航天器密闭舱总压和氧分压变化规律的解析解 ,环控生保总体设计师可以此作为飞行或地面试验时压控参数预测的依据。方法将飞行时段分段化 ,对系统规定的压力控制带下不同的供气工况分别进行理论推导 ,解微分方程组 ,得出不同供气工况座舱总压和氧分压的解析解。结果试验结果和理论计算结果吻合较好。结论本文导出的解析解正确 。 Objective The analytic solution of the overall pressure and o xy gen partial pressure in the sealed module of manned space vehicle was deduced,it can be used by ECLSS overall engineering designer to predict the pressure contr ol parameters when space flight or ground test is operating. Method According to different gas supply situations and the role of pressure control zone prescribed by ECLSS, the flight duration was divided into several segments under the role of pressure control zone, and the differential equations were sol ved . Result The analytic solutions of the total pressure and partia l pressure of oxygen were obtained,and the theoretical curve corresponds well t o the test value. Conclusion The analytic solutions obtained were v alid, and satisfied the requirement of engineering accuracy.
