摘要
目的 通过比较和分析单纯声带肥厚和声带小结的嗓音参数的变化 ,评价这些参数在两种疾病中的诊断及疗效。方法 应用 Dr.Speech(DSS)软件对成人女性 30例单纯声带肥厚和声带小结患者做嗓音测试 ,对其主要声学参数进行比较分析。结果 声带小结的嗓音声学参数、基频微扰、声门噪声能量 NNE值均较声带肥厚的各指标高。其中声门噪声能量在声带小结中异常者占 99.6% ,声带肥厚占 80 % ,两组之间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。基频微扰和振幅微扰的异常占有率 ,两组之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 嗓音参数对诊断和区别声带肥厚和声带小结有一定的价值 ,特别是声门噪声能量有更高的敏感性 。
Objective To analyze the changes of voice parameters of vocal hypertrophy and vocal nodules patients and evaluate their significance in diagnosis.Methods The multimedia program of Dr.Speech Science for windows was used to obtain and study the changes of voice parameter in 30 cases with vocal hypertrophy and noudules.Results The jitter?shimmer and NNE in vocal nodules patients were higher than that in vocal hypertrophy,the NNE abnormal rate in vocal nodules and vocal hypertrophy patients was 99.6% vs 80% and the significant difference was obtained statistically( P <0.05).No difference was found between jitter and shimmer ( P >0.05).Conclusions The changes of voice parameters in voice assessment were valuable in the diagnosing and distinguishing of vocal hypertrophy and nodules.NNE of voice was a relatively high sensitivity and it plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of vocal diseases.
