摘要
目的 采用激光生物散斑方法观测正常人甲皱皮肤微循环和病理状态下兔肠系膜微循环的散斑时间序列和频谱。方法 采用制作的新型探测装置 ,减小了观测范围 ,获得生物散斑的低频运动成分。结果 观测到微循环的散斑信号中不仅包含了血流速度信息脉搏波信息 ,还包含了微血管自律运动信息 ,能较好地反映出微循环的变化情况。结论 生物散斑现象可作为研究微血管自律运动的新方法。
Objective The time varying series and frequency spectra of bio speckles scattered from normal human body′s nail fold skin and from rabbit mesentery microcirculation in the pathological state were observed.Methods Low frequency component of bio speckles was detected by a new device which has small detecting space.Results The bio speckles include much information about blood flow,pulse, as well as information about vasomotion. They can visualize the variation of the microcirculation well.Conclusion The phenomena of bio speckles can be used as a new method in the research on vasomotion.
