内皮依赖性舒张因子对豚鼠耳蜗微血管自律运动的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨豚鼠耳蜗微血管运动的基本特征及内皮依赖性舒张因子对豚鼠耳蜗微血管自律运动的影响。方法 :豚鼠 7只 ,行耳蜗开窗术后静脉注射L 精氨酸 ,利用微循环数字图像测量系统录像 ,观察耳蜗微血管自律运动的频率特性。结果 :在正常状态下 ,豚鼠耳蜗微动脉存在运动幅度较小的自律运动 ,应用L 精氨酸后平均动脉压、血压、心率与用药前相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,血流量、血管收缩指数与用药前相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :内皮依赖性舒张因子能显著增加豚鼠耳蜗微动脉自律运动的频率及振幅 ,使豚鼠耳蜗血流量增加 。 Aim:To explore elementary character of micro vasomotion in cochlea and the effect of endothelium derived relaxing factor(EDRF/NO) on micro vasomotion.Methods: Seven guinea pigs were used.After cochlear fenestration and L Arg injection, image analysis system was used to record autonomic locomotion of micro vessel of cochlea. Results: In normal condition,there was autonomic locomotion of micro vessel in cochlea.After L Arg was injected,mean arterial pressure、blood pressure and heart rate had no significant difference compared to former data( P >0.05);There were significant differences in cochlear blood flow、vessel constriction index compared to those before administration( P <0.05).Conclusion: EDRF/NO can increase cochlear blood flow of guinea pigs by enhancing the frequency and amplitude of micro vasomotion of cochlea,which can thereby improve the function of cochlear micro vasomotion of guinea pigs.
